DIXF issue on on premise D365 for finance and operation

Hi All,

I am facing issue while importing/ exporting using data management in on premise D365 FinOps environment.

Below is the execution log.

Event Viewer -

Exception from HRESULT: 0xC0000033 at Microsoft.SqlServer.Dts.Runtime.Package.Execute() at Microsoft.Dynamics.AX.Framework.Tools.DMF.SSISHelper.DMFPackageController.Run(String packagePath)

I have check SQL server integration server and it is running on all AOS service node.

Anyone can help me on this?

Hi Naveen,

Do you have this issue with all entities or just one or some entities? Have you checked if the Microsoft Dynamics Data import export framework service is actually running and with the correct credentials?

Hi Andre,

This issue is with all entities. I am using below credentials.

SQL server integration services 13.0 - NT Service\MsDtsServer130

SQL server integration services CEIP service 13.0 - NT service\SSISTELEMENTRY130

as the issue is with all entities, could try changing the service account for DIXF service and then restart and check and suggest
