every contact in our dbase is associated to an account.
When I receive a mail from this contact, I need that the mail create the case and have the Customer in the right column of the cases list:
I try with a lot of settings on the right, but che process is always in error... it's working only if I insert a fixed customer

Thanx Leco Lv and exceuse me but I'm not able to explaine well in english...
In the 1st post, I'm creating the rule that will open a case for every mail received in my box mail for support.
The field "Customer" is binding but it seems dont work with any parameter on the right list. It work only if I but a fix customer that is already insert in my db.
Do you have some idea to complete this setting?
