    Hi sandeepc,

The simplest way is related record filtering feature.

This feature allows you to filter records where the record you are looking up to is already related to the record you are looking up from.

    https://softchief.com/2022/10/21/filter-lookup-values-by-another-lookup-value-in-dynamics-365-or-dataverse-power-apps-form/

Or you can refer to the following link to use code to filter records:

    Hi Partner,

Perhaps you could explain in detail the relationship between the three entities and the individual fields they contain?

Provide a comprehensive screenshot to help us understand?

    Hi sandeepc,

Are you trying to automatically populate test6/6 records into sales office?

But you can select same org to populate parent field on multiple territory records, which means that one sales organization has many corresponding territory records.

So you can use the method I provided in the first answer, where when you select a sales organization, the corresponding multiple district records will be listed under the "Sales Office" lookup query.

    Hi Partner,

    1.Go to Settings > Customizations > Customize the system > Entities > A entity.

2.Open the main form of A entity, find and double-click the sales office lookup field, change its properties.

3.Find 'Related Records Filtering' section, Click the checkbox, and select to 'only show records where':

--in your scenario: where sales organization(A entity) contains parent(terriorty)
