Hi,

We are using the real time marketing journey to send SMS with a Twilio account.

Is it possible to have the click-through rate on the links intergrated in the message, SMS open rate and the unsubscription rate using the STOP keyword?

Thank you!

    Hello,

Providing Link insights in Real Time Marketing is in our roadmap. You can also post your idea in the Ideas Forum so others can vote it too.

We're not tracking Open Rate in text messages, but you can have insights on the delivery of the text messages.

    Thank you

Yes, it is possible to have the click-through rate, SMS open rate, and unsubscription rate for your SMS marketing journey using Twilio. Our product, PowerTextor, provides SMS solutions with advanced tracking and reporting capabilities to help you optimize your SMS marketing campaigns. You can track the click-through rate of the links included in your messages, monitor the open rate of your SMS, and track unsubscription rates using the STOP keyword. PowerTextor also offers real-time analytics and reporting, which can help you make informed decisions and improve the effectiveness of your SMS marketing efforts.

Yes, you can track click-through rates, open rates, and unsubscription rates by using multiple opt-out keywords such as STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT, and DNC. Users can reply with any of these keywords to automatically opt out of your promotional campaigns. You can also experiment with custom opt-out keywords and text messages to see which one results in fewer opt-outs that allow you to measure the click-through rate on the links integrated into the messages.

I hope you got an answer to your question. Thank you,
