
Hi,
After upgrading to Dynamics 365 9.0.11 patch, (via Import Organization) from 8.2.8
All seems to be working except the Customer Service hub when trying to access the Cases (grid does not load)
All the links on the left work except for Cases link
Example:
Activities Link works with a list of tasks returned in the grid.
However, when clicking on the wrench (Cases) icon,
all you get is no error and get the following in the middle of the screen: ......
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
