    Hi partner,

Here are the steps to disable activity items in Model Driven app:

    1. Edit app.

    2. Search activity items' name in Pages on left pane, for example "Conversation"

    3. Select "Remove from app".

    4. Save and publish.

    5. When you click "+ New Activity", you will not see "Conversation" in activity items.

    Hi partner,

Yes. If we have already enabled "Activity Dropdown to show only relevant activities" feature and then the activity items still show unnecessary options, we can disable these options in Model Drive app.

RE: Need to show or hide the New Activity Group Items in Ribbon Workbench

    Hi partner,

I'm afraid it is not available for now to hide the New Activity Group Items in Ribbon Workbench.

We can only use Ribbon Workbench to hide buttons in Home, Subgrid and Form now. New Activity Group Items are not in Activities’ subgrid of Account form.

    1. Home

    2. Subgrid

    3. Form

    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

However, in the new Microsoft 2022 release wave 1, we will walk through the features of ‘New Activity’ dropdown that shows only relevant activities in the model-driven app.

    1. navigating to the Power Platform Admin Center: https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/

    2. Not enable the “Activity Dropdown to show only relevant activities” feature, user can see all Activities.

    3. Select Environment -> Settings -> Features.

    4. After enabling the “Activity Dropdown to show only relevant activities” feature, user can see only those Activities which are enabled for current Model Driven Apps within “New Activity” button.

    5. If you want to add activity type in New Activity items, you can add it into the app and then will see it in New Activity items.
