Custom Workflow-Cannot view detail of the workflow in work item assigned to me

Hello experts,

now I am facing with an issue related to the custom workflow. I have created a custom workflow in Purchase order line to handle attachment approval process.

everything of the workflow is working fine, however there was an issue in the view "Work item assigned to me" it's not showing the detail of the work item when I try to enter from here. it's empty when I try to view the work item, please see the following pictures

I have attached the document from here
