Hello Team,

I have made below customer journey i am getting error msg.

Error -:

This recurring journey includes a combination of schedulers and/or triggers that may not release contacts after the duration of the recurrence interval. Consider shortening the durations of your schedulers and/or triggers, or lengthening your recurrence interval.

Hello,

check the start and end date duration and compare with your recurrence interval.

Rule of thumb: Recurrence Interval <= Duration of Start and end of the journey.
