Hi, We need help against the following scenario.
Summary:
We have created a custom entity which create discount lines [Retail and commerce ->Pricing and discounts ->Discounts] against a discount scheme. The following problem occurs when we provide 15k+ records in excel. If we try to import the same data in chunks it gets uploaded successfully.
Error:
Results. Field 'Reference' must be filled in.
Cannot create a record in Periodic discount line (RetailPeriodicDiscountLine). Discount: 000040.
The record already exists.
We've checked and there is no duplicate record, nor we have any reference field in our entity or data source.
Additional Details:
If we try to upload the records without batch then it get stuck after uploading 60% data the job stays in execution but record insertion is stopped (checked through SQL), if we ran it in a batch it uploads around 60% data and throws error against the rest of them (as shown in screenshot) and the job completes as "Partially completed "
Any help in this regard will be highly appreciated. Thank you.
