Context IQ in Dynamics 365

Q1: Can we do customizations on the capabilities which we have as part of Context IQ?

Q2 : At Microsoft Ignite 2022, there are any new capabilities added as part of Context IQ?

Could you please provide more details like documentation on this context IQ with in Dynamics 365 sales ? Is it only for Dynamics 365 or we can extend to Model driven apps as well.

Capabilities referring are below,

Teams chat embedded within Dynamics 365
A unified meetings experience for sellers.
Digital voice and conversation intelligence for Dynamics 365 Sales
Live copresence throughout Dynamics 365 applications - Live Profile Card with contact details and live presence -
More accessible and sharable business data.
