Hello,
Dynamics GP 2016 contains the "WF ASSIGN POREQ APPROVAL*" email message for Purchase Requisition Approvals. Is it possible to have a different, second email message for Purchase Requisition Approvals. If so, how do you specify to GP the message to use?

Yes, you can have as many messages as you need. The messages are setup:
Administration > Company > Workflow > E-mail message setup
You can create a new message ID and copy from a current message and then modify.
Assign the message
Administration > Company > Workflow > Workflow Maintenance on the step that you created.
