Hi everyone,
I would like to hide the 2 highlighted buttons until the opportunity is completely closed.
It's possible?
Any suggestion will be appreciated

I believe you're trying to query wrong entity. Check this KB - learn.microsoft.com/.../model-business-process-flows

    Thank you a33ik

can you give me more details of this entity that seem unaccesible from xrmtoolbox?

"The 'RetrieveMultiple' method does not support entities of type 'businessprocessflowinstance'. MessageProcessorCache returned MessageProcessor.Empty.
See the Execution Plan tab for details of where this error occurred"

How can I retrieve data to hide my buttons?

    Hello,

The thing is that column is not on the opportunity. It's on the entity of BPF. You should check it.

    Hi DiePic,

You can hide/show button through Ribbon Workbench easily:

    https://www.develop1.net/public/rwb/ribbonworkbench.aspx

Based on your description, you can use one field value to control these button show or hide:

You can refer to the following links, which provide examples about how to show/hide button based on field value:

    Hello,

I believe you can use Custom Rule and JavaScript functions to do that.

    Good luck.
