Hiding Some Related Entity Relationships in Outbound Marketing Segment Builder

Posted on by 12

When our marketing team is building a segment of contacts in outbound marketing and adds a related entity, they're shown every possible relationship that a contact can have. A lot of the entities that they're shown aren't even used by our organization (like building, attendee pass, customer voice, etc...). We only have a few related entities that we actually use in our business processes. Seeing all these entities can be overwhelming for our marketing team.

Is it possible to hide some of the related entities on this list, and only show some related entities that we choose? For instance, in the attached screenshot, could we hid everything in red, and only show the user entities highlighted in green?

    Hi partner,

I'm afraid it is not available for now to hide some related entity relationships in Outbound Marketing Segment Builder.

You can create a new idea through the below URL, then ask your colleagues to raise up the votes.

    Ideas (dynamics.com)

Our product team has direct visibility of these ideas and they will implement it on the basis of the highest number of votes received.

    Best Regards,
