Date Filter in Row Definition of Management Report

Hai
In the Row Definition can I filter with date ? I have scenario that some Ledger accounts link with dimension I need to use before 2023 and If I generate the same report after 2024 it should read from the same account number with another dimension
 
eg : 212020201 ( UNIT-1) if we run before 2023
       212020201 ( UNIT-2 ) If we run after 2024
 
So I need date criterial in Row level or is there any other way ?

    Unfortunately, you can not give date filter per row OOB.

    in row definition, there is no date filter atleast I am not aware.
