What we are wanting to do is have a Segment where we can send a different Marketing Email, where the person was sent a particular Marketing Email more than 5 days ago (think of it as a reminder email, but based on the send of a previous marketing email). Note: for internal reasons in this implementation I cannot just put a flag on the Contact record and set it when the first email is sent..
I was initially thinking this would just be a Relative date, however, whilst I can setup a Relative date in a Query block in a Segment, I only get the options for actual and partial date available in the Behavioural blocks (where I pick up the Sent Email).
