As the screenshot shown, 'quote_customer_accounts' and 'quote_customer_contacts' are from same lookup column--Potential Customer:
This column type is customer, which is one special lookup, and it allows for a single reference to either an account or a contact row.
Like this:
--This column can be populated with one value at a time, either account or contact.
You say that you can't extract the contact information because the field is populated with the value account.
