Estou usando todos os relacionamentos possíveis, N:1 e N:N com contato, mas quando eu uso os campos referentes eles ficam em branco.

O único dado que consigo trazer é o nome, pois eu consigo pegar ele na oportunidade. 
 
Eu consigo trazer os dados da conta, mas o contato da conta que tem a cotação não. Ficam em branco os dados do contato.

    Hi Partner,
    As the screenshot shown, 'quote_customer_accounts' and 'quote_customer_contacts' are from same lookup column--Potential Customer:
    This column type is customer, which is one special lookup, and it allows for a single reference to either an account or a contact row.
    Like this:
    --This column can be populated with one value at a time, either account or contact.
    You say that you can't extract the contact information because the field is populated with the value account.
