Is the automated email feature of sales sequences available for leads not available for contacts. It does not show but also no documentation on it. Also isn't here a limit to number of steps in a sequence. Last if I'm able to change from owner of lead? Looking for more indepth documentation.

    Yes, it is not available for contacts by now. You could post an idea here to progress this feature: Ideas (dynamics.com)

    Also isn't here a limit to number of steps in a sequence.

    Yes, the doc doesn't mention this limitation. Usually, if this is not mentioned, it means that the number is unlimited or it could meet the most of demand.

    Last if I'm able to change from owner of lead?

    Do you mean you want to change the owner of lead? If so, you could navigate to the Lead to change this. Or I misunderstood your question?

    Not it sends now to the record based upon the owner. I was hoping but see there is not option to say have it send from the sequence owner or force a common email send regardless of record owner. I've found that feature and voted it here: experience.dynamics.com/.../

    Though If you want Gus, you can create Power automate and these items can be covered until

    Microsoft introduce these features.
