Custom Interactive Dashboards are not visible in CSH

When I create an interactive dashboard and publish it, I am not able see the new dashboard in customer service hub. Can anyone help on this? Thanks.

    There are two types of Interactive dashboards namely Homepage dashboards & Entity specific dashboards. They will be visible in different places & will be created in different places.
