Dynamics 365 CRM OffLine

Hi.

I would like to be able to use Dynamics 365 CRM OffLine. Tengo Dynamics 365 CRM On Premise version 9 and mounted as a web service.

Looking in the forums I have seen that there is a version for phone called Dynamics 365 CRM for phone.

I downloaded it, but I can't get it in. I put the route that I use to enter as a web service and that works well for me, but in the phone version it does not work.

It forces me to put the https security path and I use it in my version of http web service. Could it be for that?

I have read the comments of the application and almost nobody works and those who do, do not do very well.

How can I get in?
Is there another way to work offline?

Greetings and thanks.

I have the same question (0)

    Hi Takiya.

Thank you very much for answering.

I think this is what I need, but the first problem I encounter is that I do not get the check in the entities to Enable for offline mobile devices.

Could it be because of the version of Dynamics 365 I have? I installed the last one I had a few months ago. If I look in help about, it tells me that I have Microsoft Dynamics 365 version 1612 (9.0.7.8) (DB 9.0.7.8) local.

Or can it be by permission? My user is super and I have all the role permissions checked.

    Greetings and thanks.

    RE: Dynamics 365 CRM OffLine

According to the documents below, mobile offline feature will work with Dynamics 365 v9.0 on-premise, but please kindly note that mobile offline feature is available for iOS and Android devices only.

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/mobile-app/work-in-offline-mode

    > Once you're back online, changes you've made are synchronized with your apps in the Common Data Service environment or Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (on-premises).

Also, pleae kindly note also that you mobile app is require IFD environment. if you have tried mobile app with IFD environment and didn't work, it might be time to reach out to Dynamics support service.
