Job Number for Resource in a Purchase Invoice

Posted on by 3,480

Hi:

Why can the end user not specify a Job Number on a "Resource" line item of a Purchase Invoice?

Thanks!

    Hi,

That's because you are supposed to get the resource cost from time sheets.

If you specify job No. and task No. in the invoice then you're going to post the cost twice.
