Hi,
In the Quick Create: Time Entry form is there a way to grey out, or lock the Save and Close button until all of the fields have been completed?
I suspect it may require JavaScript in the form itself, but not sure where to start on it.
A business rule would be perfect but the Save option is not included.

Would it work to make the fields business required? This way the form can't be saved before fields have values.

Good suggestion, possibly would work but would making a change like that on have a knock on effect with those fields in other forms and apps?
I have a ticket in with MS on this too, so if they provide a solution I will post it here.

You can create a business rule and make the fields mandatory for one form only and make sure sure that that form is used in one app only.

After checking I decide to use the business required option.
It's working quite well now and users have stopped entering time without adding project details.
