Search not returning results from Email Body, (Description Field)

When using the Search box with Dynamncs 365 Customer Service Workspace, we aren't receiving results from the body of emails, only the subject

    Hi Partner,
    You can add description field as searchable field:
    The searchable fields and filters for a table enabled for Dataverse search are driven by the table's Quick Find View.
    The complete set of View columns, Find columns, and Filter columns in a table's Quick Find View become part of the Dataverse search index when that table is enabled for Dataverse search.

    I've attached a screenshot, the option for "timeline" Subject and description is selected to be searched, but only receiving results for Subject.

    Search in timeline control.
    I can't reproduce that, the 'description' column should be return.
    Maybe you can check this option of the description column:
