Price lists - CRM or NAV??

We are trying to integrate CRM and NAV and currently have all our price lists in CRM. Should the price lists be in NAV due to the connector limitations with NAV acting as the primary system? What is the best practice in this regard?

It depends on your scenario...but i prefer manteining the price lists in NAV as primary system.

hi,

my opinion.

use NAV for managing Price lists if you have simple scenario (an ERP System is better than CRM Solution) but if have to manage Business Units & Corporate Price list, use CRM as Master (more complex price structure) ;

the same for contact\Campaigns\Segmentation etc.
