What are the Pros & Cons of each order type and what are the right questions to ask when deciding on which to use.
Currently we use Orders - anything to watch out for if we change?
So keep in mind this is a matter of preference, but I prefer the normal workflow process versus the separate fulfilment \SOP integrated workflow process.
Using the separate fulfilment and SOP integrated workflow you can get additional granularity in the flow of SOP documents. If you look at chapter 4 of the below link it goes more in depth of the SOP integrated workflow setup.

if you look at part 3 (sales order processing part 3: Allocating Fulfilling and purchasing) of the document it goes into the allocating\fulfilling process
The "main" workflow process on the other hand allows you to setup the workflow approvals for sales transactions like in the other modules so it has simplicity and familiarity if you are already using the main workflow process.
Thanks Josh, what would be the pros and cons to using that workflow vs the "main" workflow process?
Fulfillment Orders use is primarily for if you are using the sales fulfillment workflow. (Which should not be used if you are using the "Main" workflow process for SOP)
