Today, i found some strange situation one of our user is showing data on his client machine the same data is not available on both the server Application server as well as DB server is it possible, Please help.

The journal is open and not posted.
In the first two screenshots you are looking for posted journals. If you change the filter to "All", it will show up.
You need to add the user to the user groups, than they show up at the user.
Go tho the tab "blocking" and go to "private for user group".
Right mouse click on that en select view details en a new window show up.
Go tho the group that you company uses and go to users en and select the users who are allowed to have rights.

There are many reasons why some user would not see data that another use has entered. You seem to be using workflow. So perhaps there journals are not yet approved and therefore not visible to others.
What server you are logged in is irrelevant. But if different users login they might see different things.
In the end you can look directly in the database to see the actual data.

I changed the filter to open the same result please check the screen-print.
I tried your suggestion but ther is no view details please check in the above screen-print.
Please change it to "All" and check.
Try to click "Submit" to submit the journal to the workflow. Then have the approver approve it. Now all users should see it.
I think think that Nikolaos is right that you must sumbit, But if that's not working try what I have suggested
that yournal is private for 012 what i see?
Or delete that "012", if thats not worken try what I have suggested above.

I don't have that drop-down field on blocking tab. pleas check my above posted image.
You selecting the wrong field, you are selecting the field private for user.
You need te field "private for Group" if the person is not in an group they wont see te journals.
