Is there any way to marry several customer IDs to a single Vendor ID to process refund batches?
Hi Nichole,
The current functionality in Dynamics GP is a one to one match and does not allow for a vendor to be linked to multiple customers.
I will let the community respond in case someone has a 3rd party products which might have this functionality.

Combiner and Modifier and Customer Combiner and Modifier which gives Dynamics GP users with admin privileges the ability to combine two vendors or customers or change vendor or customer IDs.
