Shared Mailbox and dynamics app integration

Hello,

We have a shared mail box which is handled by two admins. We have all membership emails going in this inbox. Now as 2 admin are using it I cannot move this email to any one admin's inbox. And as its a shared mailbox. I cannot track it using the dynamics app.

Is there a way or ideas of tracking this emails to CRM for shared mailbox?

    Hello Zii,

    You could set the shared mailbox up as a queue and have it track all email messages into Dynamics. Or if you don't want it to track all emails, you could set it to track no emails automatically and once the email enters the inbox you could use Category Tracking to then set a category on the email which would then track it into Dynamics. You wouldn't be able to set regard the email, but setting the Tracked to Dynamics category on it would definitely bring it in.

    This was also just implemented and you can use delegate access
