Hi,
I'm experiencing a change in Dynymics365 CustomerService after an update. In the past my default font was Arial and now it changed to Segoe UI. I would like to change the font back to Arial. With the information I found online it is al set within my browser, Chrome. But when I change my default font on the browser it has no effect in Dynamics365.
Could someone please help with resolving this.

I came across a similar article as suggested below which was effective in getting the default font set for us.
We are using 9.1 on-premise with the unified interface.

Hi Maulik,
thanks for the video. But this is referring to the font in Outlook. I am looking for settings to change the default font of the email editor in Dynamics.

Hey Dennis,
I've created a ticket to Microsoft and we had 2 sessions - obviously after the new Release in April 2020 it's no longer possible to change the default Email font out of your browser settings. I've been told to submit a ticket for a new feature, so that maybe Microsoft considers this for their October release.

I am having the same issue. With the new release the option to change your font defailt settings from the browser is no longer working. Did you manage to create a ticket to Microsoft?
