App doesn't work

I downloaded the Dynamics app on my iPhone and it doesn't work. I've literally tried to log in 3 times and it always gets stuck on the Welcome page with the little loading dots. What am I doing wrong?

    Hi, for what I know the only Dynamics 365 apps that are still active are the Sales app and the Field Service Mobile app.
     
    Other D365 model driven apps should be run from the Power Apps app, which works great.
