How do I get access to customer source? I got an email titled.

Action required!
Insights, powered by InsideView and Versium Predict has been discontinued

Then it refers me to a this Customer FAQ that is hosted on Customer Source. But I can't log into Customer Source at all. Nor is there any help or contact info to get access to customer source. Shouldn't everyone have access to customer source?

Why would they send me an email like this? Why is support so bad?
