Hello, I made a set up in TEST environment that invoices named "SKO" will be printed using specific configuration in Electronic Reporting. Everything works like a charm. However, when I copy that set-up to the PROD environment system doesn't care about form setup while printing an invoice and take different configuration. I was trying to delete one, but system takes another. So, I deleted another one, but system takes next configuration and so on. After deleted all, when there is only my configuration in my form setup (settings-SKO), system takes correct configuration. What is more, regardless of how I arrange the configurations, the system selects the configurations in one specific order like below:
I was trying to change filters, names, delete all settings in Free text invoice section, different order, even change configuration in Electronic Reporting - nothing change. It looks like a freeze of system table. As I said, settings are 1:1 like on TST environment.
