Windows Update KB5000802 Killed Logo Printing on Purchase Orders

I received several reports today that when my GP users tried to print a Purchase Order, our logo at the top of the invoice printing in mostly all black:

The most common factor I found was that they all recently received Windows Update KB5000802. Once I removed it and rebooted, we could print normally again.

So this is the band-aid but does anyone know what we can do to fix this so that KB5000802 won't affect this in the future?
