Unable send RFQ to Vendor, When we click on Send button it is showing as blank.

////////Dear Experts,
I have Created a PR and submitted to approval and clicked on Request for quotation.
i have added the vendor in RFQ header level and click on send button to send RFQ. But i am unbale to see the vendor detail and line detail when i clicked on send button.
