really urgent need anyone help. Please see below event log..what should I do?What should I check and fix to release this batch?

I've ran across only causes for this error is custom code or in one case it was this:
It turns out that the problem was with the record in the itemcost table. The time in the RcptDate field should be set to 00:00:00. My batch had a time other than 00:00:00 because the batch had been edited and the time set manually.
I'm going to suggest that you create a case in MS support for help working through this issue.
