Did you remove the Exception rate field from the template already? Use only the fields that contains values for your import. All others will trigger field validations.

    Hi Mena,

The field is related to the Japanese localization. Do you get the same error when you fill the Model and Make fields manually? If not, then try removing the column with this field from your Excel file. Then it might skip the validation on this field.

    Hi,

Is this exception rate field that you should fill a customized field? Do you know the database name of that field?

    Best regards

    Ludwig

    Hi Mena,

Can you tell in more details what you have done so far? Which fields were filled and how?
