So I have this D365 org (CE), I have enabled the Server-Based SharePoint Integration.

And I have created a doclib manually and a document location records pointing to a doc lib directly (but not the OOTB location for account record site/Account/AccountNameGUID)

Upload files all fine. but I can't create folder from D365, and if I created folder in the sharepoint doc lib then it gets displayed in the Document tab but on click on the folder I get error like this

[Folder "xxx" has been renamed or deleted from SharePoint. It was expected inside "https://xxx/xxx/xxxx" path. Restore the folder on SharePoint and try again]

Of course the folder is there.

I just wonder if this is a bug? or have I missed something?

Database version 9.1.0.18341

It has the 2020 release wave 1 on.

I have the same question (0)

    same issue, any solution?

    Dynamics 365 CE Online

    2020 release wave 2 enabled

    Server version: 9.2.21033.00162

I see this has been going on for a while now, I thought it was from a recent update.

    EDIT:

Example with test.sharepoint.com/.../SITENAME and document library with name: "Library" and a folder in the document library with name "Folder"

Create sharepointsite with absolute url: http://test.sharepoint.com/sites/SITENAME and name: "Site Principal"

    1. Create a sharepointdocumentlocation with parent site: "Site Principal" and Relative url with the name "Library" and Regarding with the desired record --> From the entity form in Dynamics, you can view all folders but you can't create new folders and you can't navigate to folders, but you can upload files.
    2. Create a sharepointdocumentlocation with parent site: "Site Principal" and Relative url with the name "Library"
      1. Create a sharepointdocumentlocation with parent site "Library", with the Relative Url: "Folder" and Regarding with the desired record --> From the entity form in Dynamics, you can view all folders, you can create new folders, you can navigate to folders and you can upload files, works perfectly

SUMMARY: If the sharepointdocumentlocation is a relative url to folder, I see that it works fine, but if it is a document library, it does not work correctly.
