How to Enable this ?

Exactly, not available at the moment. And just to align terminology, when we talk about project templates I think of the capabilities we had in PSA:

    docs.microsoft.com/.../project-templates

You can certainly build a custom template feature yourself but I'd wait until Microsoft releases it in the product.

    Thank you so much Antti.

So you said Project Template Functionality is not available in D365 Project Operation ?

Ashik, at the moment Project Operations (Lite and integrated) does not support project templates so there shouldn't be a tab like that in the product. Templates are on the roadmap for Project for the web.
