Hello!
Is it possible to make a workflow, that sends an email to the person i make an appointment with that the meeting is set up? Lets say i get an email and through Dynamics 365 SP icon in Outlook i pick appointment, picks a time and save it. Some kind of template that we can custom make?
So presing Dynamics 365 -> take "aftale/deal/appointment" -> fill out the information -> Template to the customer is send.

Of course, this can be achieved. Please follow the steps below.
Go to Advanced Settings > Processes, new a workflow with the Appointment entity.
Choose the right scope, select "Record is created" in "Start when".
Add a step "Send Email", click "Set Properties" to edit the email.
Use the Form Assistant on the right to add dynamic values for the fields. This completes the template for the email.
Save and activate the workflow. That's it.
