How to set the home screen to the dashboard table when I click Home from the left navigation menu

I have tried setting it under personal settings, but that doesn't seem to be working. I also need to set this globally wide for all users. Currently when I click Home it goes to the activities table.

Below is what I have set and doesn't work as well

You can also change the home page in an app level:

1. Open the app designer
2. In the preview content, click the "Home" navigation
3. In the right side, change the Content Type to "Dashboard" per your requirement. And change the Dashboard to your target one.
4. Save and publish and refresh to see the result.
