We are finding that Microsoft Forms doesn't quite have the features to use it as a way to embed contact forms on our website that tie back into our Dynamics Sales Professional. For example, one of the desired features is being able to remove the footer message (e.g. "Powered by Microsoft Forms") underneath the web form, something that can't be done in Forms but apparently can be done when using Customer Voice. Customer Voice, however, costs $200/mo but is also apparently included in the cheaper Sales Enterprise version. So, I have some questions:
- Can I simply upgrade one of our accounts from Sales Professional to Sales Enterprise to start taking advantage of the Customer Voice functionality? We have ten users of Sales Professional but I am hoping that by upgrading my account only, I will be able to use Customer Voice for the web forms I need. Without having to upgrade everybody. Is that true?
- Will Customer Voice allow me to create web forms without the footer message?
- And finally, is Customer Voice a better solution for having website forms that interface with Dynamics than other options?
Thanks
