Microsoft Forms and Customer Voice

Posted on by 115

We are finding that Microsoft Forms doesn't quite have the features to use it as a way to embed contact forms on our website that tie back into our Dynamics Sales Professional. For example, one of the desired features is being able to remove the footer message (e.g. "Powered by Microsoft Forms") underneath the web form, something that can't be done in Forms but apparently can be done when using Customer Voice. Customer Voice, however, costs $200/mo but is also apparently included in the cheaper Sales Enterprise version. So, I have some questions:

  1. Can I simply upgrade one of our accounts from Sales Professional to Sales Enterprise to start taking advantage of the Customer Voice functionality? We have ten users of Sales Professional but I am hoping that by upgrading my account only, I will be able to use Customer Voice for the web forms I need. Without having to upgrade everybody. Is that true?
  2. Will Customer Voice allow me to create web forms without the footer message?
  3. And finally, is Customer Voice a better solution for having website forms that interface with Dynamics than other options?

Thanks

    Hello Rickster,

    To answer your questions:

    1. Customer Voice can be purchased stand alone without upgrading to Sales Enterprise https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-voice/purchase#purchase-the-dynamics-365-customer-voice-license

    2. Not at the moment we have this in our roadmap

    3. Yes as the data captured is synced in to the same dataverse as the Dynamics so all the feedback and dynamics data sits in one place out of the box

Purchase Dynamics 365 Customer Voice and additional license

This topic explains how to purchase Dynamics 365 Customer Voice licenses and additional survey responses.

Note that you can also start a trial for CV evaluate for 3 months and at that time decide if this is right for you.

    Thanks,

    Tyson
