Does Microsoft put out a schedule of when Payroll Tax updates are available or should users just run Maintenance>US payroll Updates every day?? Is there any noification that there is a new update to consume into your GP environment?

I would have to say that it is incumbent on your Microsoft Partner to provide you with that information. It should be part of the service arrangement you have with the partner that you go to for support.
So, it's pretty much incumbent upon the users to keep abreast of any updates issued by MS then. Ok thanks!
There's no longer Insights or anything like that, that notifies of any changes, like in the past.
Thanks Derek. Is there an email that gets generated to the email account associated with our Customer Source Account when there is a change to consume or are we just supposed to check those links every day?
We wouldn't recommend just auto-running the payroll updates everyday, as you may consume something you do not want based on timing.
When we release the tax updates, it is updated on the Tax Update pages, such as here:
