need to upload video (>128 MB) into Dynamics 365

Due to our business needs, we would upload video file via MS Dynamics 365. However, Dynamics 365 restricts file size under 128 MB. would I have adviece if there ia any walkaround solution to upload file more than 128 MB limit?

Hey

One common approach is to use another repository (OneDrive, Microsoft Stream or Microsoft SharePoint), and then simply add the reference to the video. Here you have a sample approach using PowerAutomate, SharePoint

According to the official documentation.

Upload, manage, and use images, files, and videos in online content - Dynamics 365 Customer Insights | Microsoft Learn

The maximum file size limit for video is 128MB, which is the product design.

If you have a need to increase the size limit of uploaded video files, we recommend that you raise a support ticket to consult with the product group about whether this is possible.
