Import PO fails with rejected line using eConnect

I have an import that runs every morning that imports POs. For the first time we had a PO get rejected. It appears what happened was that someone entered the same item twice on the same PO and instead of deleting the second line they cancelled it. Is there any way to get eConnect to import all the good lines leaving out the one cancelled line?

    Jeff, I am building the xml file as I read each line of the shipment receipt. If there is no flag I will need to check the value of POP1011O.POLNESTA and then decide whether to reject or not.

    My assumption is it would not be an option, but we would most likely need to look at the specifics of your import via a support case to give you an exacting answer.
