Form menu button not showing

Hi,

I have created a new form and added a menu button to add 3 menu item buttons in it.

I have created a security role and assigned security privilege "Maintain" and "View" and added my menu item buttons in it.

I am able to see my menu button in sys admin role but not when I assign myself the above role.

So, I have changed the "Needed permissions" to "Manual" for the menu button as below.

And In my privilege , I have added form control permissions as below. Menu item display is added in entry point.

But still , I am unable to see the form menu button.

Please let me know where I am going wrong.

    Hi Priya,

    The FormMenuButtonControl does not require to have the NeededPermission set to manual. I would recommend setting that back to the original value. I think it might be related to missing permissions for the 3 menu item buttons you added as part of this menu button.

    Can you verify the permissions you have set for these three menu items on the privilege? What is the access level? Also ensure you will run a database synchronization after the build. This will create the database runtime records required to have a correct functioning security model.

    Thanks for the help. I added all three menu items to both my privileges and did model build and sync , now I am able to see the menu button.
