Hi,
I am an system administrator of Dynamics Talent and will need to upload all job specs to each employee.
I can upload documents from my own personnel file but need to upload various documents for other employees.
Is there way of doing this please, adding attachments to various employees.

I have several documents for 800 employees - is it possible to make this huge upload easier than described above?

You can access the employees and then once in the area that is applicable, click on the attachments icon in the colored action pane. It will allow you to upload and label an attachment. So for instance:
1) Personnel Management workspace
2) Click on Employees button at the top
3) Click on the name of the employee you want to edit
4) Click on the Employment tab
5) Locate the attachment paperclip icon in the colored action pane (fourth icon from the right)
6) Click +New and add in all your details/upload
