How to join two tables ASSETTABLE and HCMPERSONIMAGE to display image on AX SSRS reports?

Hi everyone,

Can someone please tell me that how to join two tables ASSETTABLE and HCMPERSONIMAGE to display image on AX SSRS reports against WORKERNAME,PERSONNELNUMBER OR ASSETID ?

I have created a relation but it is only showing limited records ?

Hi Maqbool,

On which fields did you create a relation? Do you need help with the number of records, the image or both?

You would have to join using 'HCMWorker' table.

As Andre mentioned, tell us the missing columns and your relation details.

thank you for your response.

Please see the picture of tables relation :

after this relation the report is showing limited records like 10 to 15.

I think i am choosing incorrect primary keys from both tables.

and how the picture will be shown by creating relation with HCMWORKER(because this table doesnt contain images) please assist.

Hi Maqbool Niazi,

WorkerResponsible is FK for HcmWorker.RecId field. On HcmWorker table you have "Person" field. So you should join

AssetTable with HcmWorker

where AssetTable.WorkerResponsible == HcmWorker.RecId

and then join HCMPersonImage

where HCMPersonImage .Person == HcmWorker.Person.
