Retail POS Error : 13010 Could not connect to the Transaction Service.

Hi All,

I'm unable to do Inventory look up from POS. All Ax components (Ax and Retail) are installed in one server only. During Inventory lookup getting error"Error Number : 13010 Could not connect to the Transaction Service". When i checked event viewer throwing certificate error. I have created. SSL Certificate in the same server in IIS.

Please help.

    Hi Ravi,

    a. Install certificate in POS Machine at Trusted Root Certification Authorities

    b. Double check  Real-time Service profile.

    c. Double check if RealTimeService user account it is a adm user AX.

    Thanks for your comments, I have cross verified every setup as per your suggestion, but still issue is appearing.

    When we changed 'protocol' type in real-time service profile from https to net.tcp is starts working. But not working with https. Any clue why the real-time services are not working with https port ?

    Double check the port configured in Site Bindings on Real Time Service - IIS. It is necessary to correspond with the set in AX-Real-Time Service Profile form.

    Hi Rodolfo,

    Thanks for your reply again. I have resolved the issue with the help of MS Support engineer.

    As per him, server name in Real Time Service profile should be match with Issue to (In SSL Certificate). And also Common Name(CN) should be match with Subject in (SSL Certificate).

    Go to>>IIS>>Double click on Server Certificates>>Select SSL Certificate>>General>>Issued to

    Go to>>IIS>>Double click on Server Certificates>>Select SSL Certificate>>Details>>Subject

    Server = Issued to

    Common Name = Subject
