Is it possible to add static text to a form in D365 Talent?

Hi,

I'd like to add an explanatory text to a form in ESS, and I cannot find how to do it. I can add a text box with help text which comes up when you hover above it, but that's not what I want, I want to display text straight away, without any hovering.

I have seen static text being mentioned for other D365 products, but not sure if this feature is excluded from Talent?

Can someone help?

There is currently not a way to add static text to a form in Talent.
