hi,
I have platform 9 VM. After renaming my VM, i am getting:
"There is a problem with the server
Sorry, the server has encountered an error. It is either not available or it can't respond at this time. Please contact your system administrator. 500 Error"
I performed these steps for renaming:
- Change computer name.
- Restarted VM.
- Change new computer name in reporting service.
- Now when I open AX7 site, getting above error.
Before renaming AX7 site was opening correctly.
Please guide on resolving this issue.
