Hi All,
I Created 3 Customer Journey:
First Customer Journey sent the mail 30 min after Go Live.
Second Customer Journey sent the mail 6 hours after Go Live.
Third Customer Journey sent the mail 35 min after Go Live.
All three customer Journey have same Timezones i.e. Eastern Time (US and Canada).
Any idea on how this delay got happened?

The long delay does not seem to be the expected behavior. Did you get the results through insights? Ignore if you mean when the email was actually received, it may be related to this known issue.
If that doesn't solve your problem, it is recommended that you open a ticket with Microsoft Teams for assistance.
